This fictional character is married to Mary Elizabeth Cattermole, a muggle-born witch, and is the father of Maisie, Ellie, and Alfred. Mary Elizabeth is on trial at the Ministry for being muggle-born. Using the Poly Juice potion, Ron Weasley borrows Reg's identity when he, Harry, and Hermione break into the Ministry of Magic as they search for one of Voldemort's horcruxes. Reg, initially incapacitated with a Puking Pastille, returns to the Ministry as the trio try to escape and Mary Elizabeth is faced with two men who look like her husband. Reg Cattermole is described as a small, ferrety-looking wizard and not very bright.
