Fred Weasley is one of the 7 Weasley children and the twin brother of George Weasley. He is a reckless soul, often getting into trouble with his twin because of their knack to cause trouble and wreak havoc around Hogwarts. Fred and George also play as beaters on the Gryffindor Quidditch team. To escape out of Dolores Umbridge's dictadure, George and he cause the chaos and disorder in Hogwarts and fly on their broomsticks. Though he is a prankster, he is a family man at heart, and a prominent member of the Order of the Phoenix. Upon their 'departure' from Hogwarts in 1995, Fred and George opened a joke shop called 'Weasley's Wizarding Wheezes', which specializes in products for students hoping to get out of class or getting pranks on someone else. Finally, after forgiving his brother Percy, he is killed in the Battle of Hogwarts by an explossion in a corridor. Presumably, Augustus Rookwood was the one who caused the explossion. His death makes his family (especially mother, Molly and brother Percy who Fred just forgiven)Years later, his twin, George, marries his old girlfriend, Angelina Johnson, and their child is called Fred.Fred appears in every film of the Harry Potter series, played by James Phelps, and can be seen in every book as well.
