Two working models/costumes were made for the show and a third was made of lightweight material for scenes requiring it to Fly in space . Bob May was the actor inside the Robot and Dick Tufeld provided his voice. A fully functional twin of the Lost in Space Robot is owned by HighTechScience.org of Florida which loans it to science museums around the country. Show less «
