The upcoming leader of Daled IV. Kladvia III was her planet of origin. Upon boarding the Enterprise, she develops feelings for Ensign Wesley Crusher, which he reciprocates. During a secret meeting w/Wesley, the pair are confronted by Anya, Salia's guardian & an allasomorph/shape-shifter, while she is in her creature state. Sensing Wesley might be in danger, Salia discloses her allasomorph/shape-shifter abilities by transforming to protect Wesley from Anya. Upon arrival, Anya informed Salia she would no longer be with her, because she had prepared her as well as she could for her future. Before leaving, Salia transforms into a beautiful, fluid-like light form in order to beam down to live on Daled IV.
