As Secretary within the club when the series begins, he is Clay Morrow's right hand and conscience. He is thoughtful and less quick to violence than many of the other club members. He is in many ways a big teddy bear and a softie, but he's also willing to get his hands dirty when it is called for. He sometimes follows his heart instead of his head and one of his romantic liaisons puts the club at risk. Still, he is extremely loyal to the club and willing to take the rap when it is necessary.Bobby often ends up between Clay and Jax when they disagree over the right course for the club.Background: He was formerly married to Precious Ryan and they have a son, Tiki.
