Frank Gaad is a supervisor at FBI headquarters and is the boss of Stan Beeman and Chris Amador. Frank wants nothing more than to capture Soviet spies. He takes his job very seriously and is happiest when he and his department can make the top government officials happy. Gaad is a fan of Stan's, often letting Stan more loose than he might with any other agent and apparently trusting Sam completely to make the right calls in the field and when planning a mission. Gaad is a bit of a liability, however, as he doesn't realize that Martha, a woman who works as an assistant of sorts in his office, is providing information about the agency to KGB spy Phillip Jennings, who has convinced Martha that his name is Clark and he works for the Committee to Oversee United States Counterintelligence Agencies.
