Chris Amador is an FBI agent and becomes the new partner of Agent Stan Beeman when Beeman relocates to the Washington, D.C., office after a multi-year assignment infiltrating a white supremacists group. Amador is a single guy and plays up his womanizing ways, yet he can't seem to shake his interest in Martha Hanson, who works in the FBI office. While they were once in a relationship, it's over now and Amador can't stand that Martha seems to have moved on completely. He constantly compliments her outfits and general appearance and she rebuffs him every time. Amador takes his job seriously and is happy to be the guy who will help Beeman ease back into regular FBI work.
