Ronnie is generally regarded as the fourth guy on the Strike Team, but is really the brains behind the group. He is quick with a computer or the latest gadget used illegally to spy on the bad guys. Ronnie -- unlike Vic and Shane -- doesn't really seem like a bad guy, and this is especially evident in the way Vic seems to try to shield Ronnie from some of the darker aspects of what the team does. Ronnie generally tries to stay clear of things he isn't intended to know about, but also seems to wish Vic would confide in him more.Ronnie's clean-cut demeanor -- and relative ability to keep his more intense, potentially criminal side in check around certain company -- stand in contrast to the others on the Strike Team and project an image of him being last capable of the misdeeds his colleagues have committed. He has mentioned to Vic in previous episodes that he is allergic to everything but sheet metal after sneezing when a cat gets too close to him. Ronnie is injured by a gang member during a fight, resulting in the need for corrective surgery and for him to grow a beard to mask the scars.
