Supergirl - Season 4 Episode 07: Rather the Fallen Angel
A series of more violent and powerful cases are appearing again in the Fourth season: Kara welcomes a new reporter, and Jimis and Lina discuss the charge of Jimis. SuperGirl is in a new mission after trying remnants of a terrorist organization against Cadmus assassinating a group of leaders.

It's still early in the season so there's time for the writers to do something different with this storyline. I hope they do because in this episode at least it was just frustrating.
[Lena's] definitely getting a little bit too close to mad scientist levels, but "Rather the Fallen Angel" does a good job illustrating her motivations.
I would love to see Lena in intellectual conversation with those who created the atom bomb, considering the obvious implications of her inventions, or at least held accountable for not doing so.
"Condensed" is a good way to describe "Rather The Fallen Angel" in general, as it's basically a condensed version of James actually infiltrating the Children of Liberty.
