Sandor The Hound Clegane (Rory McCann)The Hound is a sworn shield to Prince Joffrey Baratheon.The Hound's face was horribly disfigured at the age of five or six by his elder brother, Gregor, who thrust it into the coals of a burning brazier. Sandor had been playing with a toy made for Gregor that he did not even care about. He has refused a knighthood ever since because his horrid brother is a knight, and he deems their vows as empty. Although he is a large, intimidating fighter and a loner, he very occasionally shows a softer side to his personality, especially with women.
