He also had a crush on Chloe Sullivan.Then he was hit and run in a crosswalk by Principal Kwan's son and put in a full body cast. The doctors did all they could to help him, but they could not repair his hands. Justin was not convinced. He daydreamed about harming his doctor, then found that what he dreamed was true. He realized what he lost in his hands he gained in telekinesis and began drawing with his mind, including a portrait of Chloe. Then he began using it to seek revenge on those who caused him harm. He started with Principal Kwan because while he knew Kwan's car was the one that hit him, he did not know the driver. He pinned Kwan to his garage door with his mind and then with his mind drove Kwan's car into him, killing him.
