Helen graduated prestigiously from Harvard Medical School, but mysteriously found herself at SMH. Lex Luthor immediately took great interest in her, both in her medical path and in a partnership sort of way. Helen flirtatiously got closer to Lex, and eventually moved into his mansion. She also found herself knowing a great secret, due to the fact that she had a patient named Clark Kent. She felt close to Lex, but doubted his ambitions when he stole the vile of Clark's blood.Helen made an unexpected move as a Black Widow after she and Lex married, leaving Lex to die on a plummeting plane on the way to their honeymoon. However, her master plan backfired when Lex remarkably survived after getting stranded on an island. Unfortunately, for her sake, Lex exacted revenge, and the last she was seen was jumping out of a jet for dear life as she and Lex were attempting another honeymoon.
