Annie Wilson is the daughter of Harry and Debbie Wilson and sister of Dixon Wilson, her adopted brother. The series 90210 centers around their family moving from Kansas to Beverly Hills at the beginning of Season 1. Her character somewhat mirrors Brenda Walsh from the original series Beverly Hills, 90210 . Annie becomes fast friends with Silver. She has a short-lived relationship with Ethan Ward which ends by mid-season 1. At the end of season 1 Annie is set-up by Jen Clark who makes Naomi believe that Annie slept with Liam Court. In the final moments of the Season 1 finale, Annie is shown driving drunk and being involved in a hit-and-run the victim of which died. At the beginning of Season 2 Annie has become a complete loner, isolated from everyone at West Bev due to Naomis belief that she slept with Liam. Annie soon becomes involved with Jasper, the nephew of her hit-and-run victim, and the two begin dating. The two eventually break-up despite Jasper attempting to blackmail Annie with her involvement in his uncles death. Near the end of season 2, Annie discovers her parents are having marital problems. With no one to talk to, Annie begins to confide in Liam about her problems. It is apparent both having romantic feelings towards each other despite Liams relationship with Naomi. In the beginning of season 3 Annie decides not to be in a relationship with Liam and decides to pursue a relationship with Charlie instead even though she still has feelings for Liam. Charlie turns out to be Liam's half-brother and he discovers the feelings between Annie and Liam so he leaves and Liam and Annie get together. Annie and Liam also work together to expose Annie's crazy cousin Emily who is out to get Annie and steal her life and turn her friends against her. Annie works for Marla Templeton who is an old aging actress but she commits suicide and she leaves Annie with her inheritance. Annie breaks-up with Liam after he lies to her about wanting to go to college but then they reunite before Liam leaves for the summer. At the beginning of season 4 Liam proposes to Annie twice after not talking to her all summer but Annie turns him down and the couple breaks-up. Annie cannot acces her inheritance due to Marla's grandson so she becomes an escort and she gets involved with one of her clients, Patrick, and she stays with him even after he cheats on her so she can pay for her brother Dixon's rehab.
