The second season seems to be full of dramatic events, with Eve suffering from violence that has unexpectedly changed her course of life. It is violence committed against Villanil and does not know whether she is alive or dead. The Villanil case seems to need more thought and effort. At that moment, Villanil, seriously injured, was taken to hospital for emergency medical assistance. On the other hand, Caroline introduces Eve to her new team unexpectedly.
This feels like a seismic, game-changing shift for Killing Eve, a clearing of the chess board. Both Sandra Oh and Jodie Comer did fabulous work in this episode.
