The second season seems to be full of dramatic events, with Eve suffering from violence that has unexpectedly changed her course of life. It is violence committed against Villanil and does not know whether she is alive or dead. The Villanil case seems to need more thought and effort. At that moment, Villanil, seriously injured, was taken to hospital for emergency medical assistance. On the other hand, Caroline introduces Eve to her new team unexpectedly.
[Villanelle] lives for chaos and caprice, and what could be more unpredictable than someone who doesn't know what they're going to say or do until the second they do it, and even then has no idea why or what it means?
The writers aren't blinded by Villanelle in the way Eve has become. The stupidity of this operation is the actual point, rather than an accidental byproduct of pairing the two leads.
