William Bell (Leonard Nimoy)Dr. William Bell is the founder and CEO of Massive Dynamic and the only two-time recipient of the Macro Genius Award. He has placed on Business Leaders Journal's list of America's Most Inspiring Corporate Leaders seven times, and is a National Scientific Progress Council fellow. Bell is one of Walter's closest friends; in fact Walter refers to him by the nickname Belly. However, he is a hard man to pin down and nearly impossible to speak to in person.Background: Walter and Bell met at Harvard in 1974, when a 20-year-old Bell was a student and Walter was a new professor. Not long after their initial meeting, the pair entered into a research partnership. They worked together until 1991, when Walter was institutionalized. Bell founded Massive Dynamic in 1992.
