Charlie Francis (Kirk Acevedo)Charlie is a fellow FBI Special Agent and trusted close friend of Olivia Dunham and John Scott. Although he works with Olivia on many of her investigations related to Fringe Division, his main duties are with the FBI and as such, he does not have much of the deep background intel that she has on many cases. Instead he trusts Olivia enough to take her at her word, and as a result of their effective partnership, the pair is able to stop a number of crimes related to Fringe Divisions work.Background: Prior to his career with the FBI, Charlie was a cop with the Brooklyn Police Department.
