Tim Smith is a sweet, sponaneous, naive, unrestrained schoolboy, a born follower, totally devoted to Ravens basketball team star Nathan Scott, and as horny as only teenage virgin boys are supposed to be, only more: he lives to get laid, preferably together with his mates, and is not about to be hindered by an attack of good sense unless his 'betters' (notably golden boy Nate) stop him. Tim is boisterous boyishness incarnated, always up for fun, pranks and dares, and willing to take orders like a good soldier, especially from his idol Nathan, who can order him to hate and bully Lucas or to stop doing so just because Nate has changed his mind for personal reasons.
