Frank is a tough member of the Midnight Society. Gary considers him to be one of the best storytellers, telling The Tale of Cutter's Treasure along with him. Frank describes his stories as ones of mayhem. A recurring character from his stories is Dr. Vink, a mad scientist who deals in the supernatural which threatens the main characters.Though David introduced him to be a member of the Midnight Society, he teases him like he does most of the others, and becomes close to Kiki, Betty Ann, and Gary. After Eric reveals he's scared of the dark, the others tease him about it for a long time. He's apparently gotten in trouble often enough to miss a few meetings.
