Jack Walker is a graduate of the American Academy of Dramatic Arts where he was awarded the American Theater Wing Scholarship for most promising new actor in 2002. Shortly after graduating he was cast as Deke Carter on the long running, award winning day time drama "One Life to Live". After his 10 episode run he went on to guest star in other day time dramas such as, "As the World Turns" and "Guiding Light". Landing roles on "Law and Order CI:" and the original "Law and Order", where he worked with Sam Waterston and Mario Van Peebles. He went on to be cast as the lead in David DeVries epic Civil War movie, "Fields of Freedom". This 3.2 million dollar, thirty minute film produced by Craig Haffner centered on the experiences of two soldiers. Jack played the young, Pfc. Jeremy Johnston. A true character who charged the Union lines in what has come to be known as Pickets Charge. Jack also narrates the films perspective from the Confederate side. From "Fields of Freedom" Jack was cast as Adam Charles in Davis Guggenheims "Gracie". Working with such seasoned actors as Dermot Mulroney and Elisabeth Shue. Following "Gracie" Jack was cast along side Michael Sorvino in "The Trouble with Cali" A film directed by Paul Sorvino. Jack got to spread his wings playing a mentally challenged skateboarding thug that looks up to and is protected by, Michael Sorvinos character Guido. Jack can also be seen as one of the bank hostages in Spike Lee's "Inside Man" Jack has also worked behind the camera. Operating as the Assistant Stage Manager for NBC's Mercy where he was frequently invited to read with the cast of the show. Look for Jack next year in "Smurfs". Show less «
