Born in Atlanta, Georgia, Gregg Micheals worked as a banker managing SEP/Keogh accounts, Matching Grants at PBS, and held high positions managing multi-million dollar entertainment venues in New York City. These latter positions reawakened his dream of performing rather than operating the business behind the performance. Consequently he decided to devote himself full-time to the crafts of acting and storytelling. Gregg received his BA degree from the University of Alabama at Birmingham in 2002 and was the recipient of numerous academic/artistic scholarships including: the Fanny Flagg Scholarship for Playwriting, the David Lloyd Aspey Scholarship for Academic Achievement and Artistic Excellence, and the Ruby Lloyd Memorial Scholarship for Artistic Achievement. He is a member of the Golden Key National Honor Society, Who's Who Among Students, MENSA, Alpha Psi Omega (Theatre Honorary Fraternity), Screen Actors Guild, American Federation of Television and Radio Artists, Actors Equity Association, and the Drama League. His theatre credits include both regional productions and national tours. Micheals has toured extensively throughout the 48 conterminous United States having appeared in every one of those states at least once by the age of 26. His first film was as a background actor in Garry Marshall's "New Year's Eve". Since then he has maintained a steady progression within the film and television industries as a stand-in, featured, and principal player.
