Another season of this drama series comes up with much more excitement and drama that follows the conflict of Israel and Palestine, as Doron, an Israeli covert operator, who battles Abu-Ahmed, who has a gathering that battles Israel and deny their existence in Palestine. In this new season, Doron goes in a challenging operation.
As always with "Fauda," the story spirals out in increasingly messy strands of betrayal and violence - the Arabic word fauda means chaos - as Doron and his team sneak into and out of the occupied territories to rescue, kidnap or kill.
A gripping thriller that is as connected to reality as a Dr. Phil or Dr. Oz comment on the coronavirus; something that draws from the headlines but isn't interested in delving deeper into them.
As "Fauda" finds its way to these sobering moments, it seems as if Raj and Issacharoff want to peel back the artifice to reveal the more sensitive observations lurking within Doron's situation.
