He begins to help her with investigations, both those for her father and the ones she works for herself on the side. Because he works in the school office as an aide, he is especially useful when it comes to school records.Wallace is a gifted basketball player and soon becomes MVP of the Neptune High team. Although he has an option to hang with more popular kids, he is loyal to Veronica because of the way she helped him when others just laughed at him.Wallace and Veronica are close but their relationship is not romantic.
