Timothy Sullivan is a laid back man and agent. He doesn't believe in getting wrapped up in the cases, he believes in getting them done and moving on with his life. He also doesn't believe in all the technical side of things and things shouldn't be so fast. He respects people and their beliefs, though. Tim believes you should take a sabbatical every once in a while to clear your mind and to get away from the crazy life of crime-fighting and work. Get out and learn something new, and maybe take that holiday with someone you love, and if you like it then, maybe consider quiting the crime fighting work-force. You can't be heroes every day. While on a case Sully, as he's often known, falls in love with Dr. Temperance 'Bones' Brennan and even goes as far as to ask her to go away with him on his boat, which he's conveniently names 'Temperance'.
