Rodney Ruxin, who goes simply by Ruxin (he hates when people call him Rodney), is a product-liability lawyer and one of the original members of the league. Ruxin went to high school with Pete, Kevin and Andre and they quartet has been friends for years.Ruxin is extremely competitive and will do anything to win, both in the fantasy football league and in the courtroom. He often looks for loopholes in league rules and is quick to call out any perceived violation of league rules. He is also quite paranoid and worries constantly that his friends are out to trick him or colluding to keep the league trophy out of his hands. Ruxin is also paranoid about his marriage, believing his wife is well out of his league and going to great lengths to keep her happy. His attention to her needs often conflicts with his ability to give the league the kind of attention he wants to give it. He has a young son named Geoffrey.Ruxin has been known to make fantasy football trades not for football players but for ways to exert power over his friends, including trading a player to Kevin in exchange for the naming rights to his newborn son.
