Pete Eckhart is one of the leaders of The League, and a three-time champion. He went to high school with Kevin, Ruxin and Andre, and the quartet has been friends for years.He seems to be the most normal of the bunch, but has his share of issues. Mainly, he is too immature to really maintain much of a relationship. He divorced his wife early in the series and has since made a habit of being something of a ladies' man, hooking up with various women, much to his friends' dismay and jealousy.Pete works in a cubicle but does as little as possible and rarely talks about his career. He is known for crafting clever and manipulative ways of getting his friends to make bad fantasy football trades. Pete also created the Sacko award that goes to the worst player in the league each season and results in that player being assigned some kind of humiliating task or punishment.Despite all the players generally trying to trick and sabotage one another, Pete is generally immune to the tactics and regularly one-ups his friends. He also happens to be the holder of the pole vault record holder for the North Winnetka High School track and field team.
