Patsy Parisi was first introduced in season two as the twin brother of Philly, who was killed for spreading rumors about Tony's attempt to kill his mother. He is one of the more straightforward men in Tony's crew and is often found hanging out at the Bada Bing, he rarely causes any problems. In season three when it became clear that Patsy knew Tony killed his brother, Patsy nearly shot Tony in a drunk tirade. He also grew jealous of Chris Moltisanti when he was given the title of acting capo while Paulie was away in jail, but, it was Patsy who looked after Chris when he went away to rehab. [Spoiler Alert] Patsy is nearly killed at the end of the series when Phil Leotardo's hit men attack the Bada Bing, besides this, all ends well for Patsy, his son ends up marrying Meadow Soprano and he is last seen enjoying himself in the Soprano household.Soldier in the DiMeo Crew; Twin Brother Philly was killed during the war between Junior & Tony; father to Patrick, who is engaged to Meadow Soprano.
