Mikey Blumburg is an overweight, lovable kid at 3rd Street School. He loves poetry, love stories, dancing and promoting world peace. He is more of a lover than a fighter and abhors violence. He is very popular with the Kindergartners as he is very kind and thoughtful and treats them as peers rather than the savages they represent. Mikey is the most innocent of the group and fails to see reality, he believes there is good in everyone and insists that there is, in fact, a Santa Clause. Mikey is the oldest kid in the group and turned ten in Bonky Fever. Mikey has an enormous appetite so when he claims that he is not hungry, his friends know that something is wrong. Apart from TJ, Mikey is the most understanding of the group and has been known to show people the error of their ways when TJ can not. He and Spinelli were once dance partners, because no other girl could dance with him without getting hurt. Mikey was first seen in the episode The Break In and is now a fifth grader at 3rd Street Elementary in Miss Finster's class. Show less «
