Marvin Acme was the sweet, energetic, caring owner of toontown. He liked to make jokes by pulling pranks on other people, (the thing he seemed to use alot to prank people was the hand buzzer which he used whenever people shook his hand.) Ultimetly all the pranking he did resulted in his nickname the gag king. So overall he was just a very nice, jokeful man.However one night he paid a visit to Jessica Rabbit's apartment. However little did he know that a man named Eddie Valiant was spying around Jessica's apartment due to a request to take some decent pictures of her by R.K. Maroon. Eddie went and peeked in through a window trying to stay hidden and noticed that the two of them started playing patty cake together and he was able to take a couple of pictures of them playing patty cake However Little does Eddie know that this is all a scheme in order to blackmail Acme so he would give up toontown to Judge Doom a crazy toon disguised as a human and was the owner of Cloverleaf Industries. Doom wanted to take toontown from Acme so he can get rid of it and replace it with a freeway.Eddie then went back to Maroon Cartoon Studios to show the pictures he had taken. When Maroon saw them he thought that Roger Rabbit (the wife of Jessica Rabbit should take a look at them.) When Roger saw his beloved wife and Marvin Acme playing patty cake together he was very appaled and devastated that his wife had done this and swore that he and his wife were going to be happy again and then ran away in deep depression.Meanwhile, later that night Acme took a visit by his factory (probably to get something) while there he encounters Doom. He informs Acme all about the blackmail of him and demanded that he give him the property of toontown. However Acme refused so Doom has no choice but to kill Acme in order to get toontown from him, so he does by dropping a safe on Acme's head.Although he killed Acme Doom used the pictures Eddie took of him and Jessica and used that as soled evidence so that Roger would be accused of his murder.....
