Le Chiffre is a private banker of terrorism and the main villain of the 21st James Bond film Casino Royale (2006). He plans to invest large sums of money acquired from Steven Obanno (a leader of a Ugandan army), and invest it in Skyfleet, an airline manufacturer. Realizing Skyfleet shares have been skyrocketing, he plans to bet against the stock market by destroying Skyfleet's prototype at Miami International Airport, which would earn him millions of dollars.
