Judith was married to Allen for about 13 years, finally sick of her insufferable husband, and kicked him out. She at times explores being bi-sexual, but Allen held out hope she would return to him. She uses their son as a cash-cow, and milked all of Alan's worth in alimony. She intimidates Alan, but she has really no power over Alan's brother Charlie, their housekeeper Berta or Alan and Charlie's mother Evelyn. She gets very annoyed with Charlie's behavior but he loves to annoy her and see how she reacts, but he knows that she'll very rarely, if ever, confront him about it all, and if he does, he just shrugs it off and laughs. Judith marries Dr. Herb Melnick, a few days before this marriage however, Charlie sleeps with her new husband's sister, whom Judith dislikes. During a marital rift with her new husband, she and Allen sleep together gain and there is a possibility her baby daughter is really Allens.
