The true creator and responsible for the existence of the masked avenger Batman, Chill was a common thief but despair that assails the Wayne family in turn killing Thomas and Martha Wayne left a young orphan Bruce Wayne who vows to fight crime.Once grown and become Batman, Chill discovers his true identity but takes his secret to the grave as their partners in crime murder him without giving him the opportunity to tell the true identity of Batman.In the preliminary script for Batman (1989), written by Tom Mankiewicz, crime boss Rupert Thorne hires Joe Chill to murder Thomas Wayne, Who is running for city council.Chill Against Thorne is Not Mentioned in the final version of the film, Directed by Tim Burton. Its role is limited to be a companion of Jack Napier (future Joker) in the assault and murder of Thomas and Martha Wayne. Is credited as Other mugger. In Batman Begins, Chill is a desperate thief who assaulted a Wayne family during an economic crisis (strategy of the League of Shadows to destroy Gotham.) Chill is captured shortly after the murder but 14 years later is released on parole after testifying against Carmine Falcone, one of the mighty Gotham mobsters with whom he had shared the cell. Chill is killed by a journalist to serve Falcone. After this she confesses to Bruce begged his father like a dog for his life and subsequently the economic crisis had been triggered by the League of Shadows without knowing the actions of Thomas Wayne.
