Violet is a psychiatrist at the Oceanside Wellness Centre. She is a member of the American Psychiatric Association and the American College of Psychiatrists.Though she tells her patients that happiness can be attained with focus, she fails to find any happiness in her life. She even questions the usefulness of her chosen profession. Six months prior, her boyfriend Alan had split up with her and she is, to this day, still torn by the break-up. Violet is good friends with her coworker, Cooper Freedman, often getting him out of humiliating situations with women. When she recieved a 6000 dollar bike she bought for Alan she carries it around all day, trying to get rid of it. She offered it to Cooper but when he denied the gift since it was for Alan. Violet ends up wracking the bike at home.
