Born and raised in New York City, Steve Stanulis branched out into producing his film, "The Invisible Life of Thomas Lynch," which won the Audience Award for best film, beating, "Paranormal Activity" and "Men Who Stare At Goats," and was also nominated for best actor finishing second to George Clooney.At age Eighteen, Steve started working as a feature dancer at Chippendales his stage name became Steve Savage after Chippendales moved on to Vegas Steve was called by the NYPD. His passion for the business never diminished. While working for the NYPD Steve started his own show called Savage Men. It has been voted the number one show in NYC and Atlantic City and had also performed on Americas got talent where Howard Stern decided to dance with the Savages which made the video go viral.After retiring from the NYPD as a decorated officer, Steve Stanulis became a security consultant. During this tenure he provided security to a host of international superstars. It was during this time he was encouraged to begin his career as an actor. Through this encouragement he made his debut performance on "The Sopranos, " which led to additional acting credits in the movie "I Now Pronounce You Chuck and Larry."In 2009 Steve started the Atlantic City International Film festival which successfully became quickly dubbed "The Sundance of the East Coast". He also played a role in the horror film "Dark Room" with Gossip girl Kaylee Defer. In 2012 Steve Stanulis created and produced Stripped the play which opened on 4-15-12 and it has been voted the number one off Broadway play by the New York Times. He has also just signed a book deal about a tell all about his life called Sex and the Shield. He signed a deal with Planet Hollywood in Vegas to bring Stripped to Vegas for a six week run and is scheduled to do a one man show" Sex and the shield" in May of 2013. He also renewed his contract with Sirius radio show "In the life with Steve Stanulis and Directed a pilot for VH1 called barmaids of NJ in negotiations that launched in 2013.
