Michelle Roy was born in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. She began her acting career on-camera at the age of 6 at Children's Television Studios, Toronto, Canada. She graduated from On-Camera Acting at TVS-TV Studios, Toronto, Canada when she was 15 and 16 years of age. She graduated as an Honor Roll student from Monarch Park Collegiate Institute.(2007 to 2011) Michelle worked full time while going to evening and weekend classes and graduated from Ryerson University for Psychology with a Specialization in Abnormal Psychology, while at the same time working part time evenings for her student union, and also attending Armstrong Acting Studios, Toronto, Canada while she also worked there part-time as a Teaching Assistant (evenings and weekends).
