Comedic-Actor Mark Atkinson hails from Rhode Island, where he started his entertainment career in the New England stand-up comedy circuit. After transplanting to Southern California he studied comedic improv at legendary improv schools The Groundlings and Second City in LA. Mark has acted in dozens of student films, short films, and webisodes. In addition, you might have seen him in several local, regional, national, and even international commercials for Kawasaki, Cox Communications, and Kia. He considers the 2006 comedy-cult-classic feature film What's The Vig (now available on Amazon for $2.99) his pièce de résistance... To date anyway... Mark currently resides in San Diego because he hates LA and is one of the co-hosts of the popular and entertaining IntelleXual Podcast with David Dawson, Kristin Naomi Garcia, and sometimes Steve Schwartz.
