Macee Binns is an actress and writer originally from Little Rock, Arkansas. She relocated to Los Angeles in 2010 to pursue her career in the entertainment industry, and further her education in the creative arts. She has since appeared in several film, television, and stage productions.Her feature film credits include roles in "FDR: American Badass!", "Static", and "Edge of Tomorrow". Macee most recently played news reporter, Sandy Killings, in the feature film "Miles Away". Which premiered in LA theaters this summer, and is scheduled to release this fall in Arthouse Theaters nationwide.Some of her television credits include appearances in "2 Broke Girls", "Men of a Certain Age", and "Luck". She can be seen in a sketch with actor, Andy Samberg, on the television show "Comedy Bang! Bang!", and she is currently appearing in multiple episodes of "Hangar 1: The UFO Files" on the History Channel.Macee is an accomplished writer and has won several awards for her screenplays and short stories. Most recently her screenplay Row "28 won" the 2014 Hollywood Screenplay Contest for Best Comedy Feature.Macee has a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Theatre Performance, and a Master of Fine Arts degree in Acting for Film. She has extensive improv and sketch comedy training, and is currently studying at the acclaimed Margie Haber Studio in Los Angeles.Macee currently resides in Hollywood. Where she continues acting, and is presently in the process of publishing her first novel.
