Kristen Elizabeth Aldridge was born in St. Paul, Minnesota. A natural performer, she spent her childhood years making funny faces and trying to get laughs. Taking those experiences to stage, Kristen nabbed her very first acting role playing the lead in the theater production of "Alice in Wonderland". Developing her acting skills early on, her comedic performances got big laughs in "Ducktails and Bobbysox", for which she won her first Drama Award for "Most Talent, Sweetest Smile" at 12-years-old.Kristen got a local agent in Minnesota and soon started landing local modeling and commercial gigs. Her spots in cheerleading and prom magazines led to runway shows for Nordstrom and Marshall Fields and print ads for Target Stores. When Kristen was 15, she auditioned for Touchstone Pictures' My Father the Hero (1994) with Gérard Depardieu, Lauren Hutton and Emma Thompson. After many callbacks, she came close but didn't get the part.Destined for Hollywood, Kristen graduated from Mounds View High School in Arden Hills, Minnesota with hopes of pursuing an acting career. While majoring in Broadcast Journalism and a top tennis player at the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, Kristen made a dash to showcase her modeling and acting talent in the Big Apple. She was discovered in New York by Star Manager / Producer Jaime Monroy.Kristen spent the summer modeling and acting in Europe, booking several international commercials and print ads. After returning home to Minnesota, she decided she was permanently moving to Hollywood. Once again reunited with Star Manager / Producer Jaime Monroy, she is now on the Hollywood beat.A Hollywood "It" girl on the rise, Kristen just completed a starring role as "Paula Grayson" in the romantic comedy, "Two for Paula", co-starring the legendary Marla Gibbs. Using her athletic skills and talent, she landed a leading role playing "Raquel Angelo" in the "Charlie's Angels"-inspired independent film, "Arc Angels: Faith and Fury", which premiered at the American Film Market in November. Some of Kristen's recent television appearances include co-starring roles as the "love interest" for the Fox Television pilot, "True Love", and the Spike TV pilot, The Playbook (2005). Catch her as a host for the MTV pilot, "Just a Guy Thing", as well as the host commentator for Staying Alive (1983), with John Travolta, on the AMC Network.Recently, Kristen was a semi-finalist in the "Hometown Hotties Sexiest Girls Next Door" for "Maxim Magazine" along with dozens of other print campaigns and commercials, including "Morongo Casino", "Mercedes-Benz", "Bud Light Beer" and "NutraRenew Hair". She was recently awarded the title of "Miss Westwood USA" and was a trophy presenter with Tom Green at the 2004 Golden Trailer Awards.
