American Actor JR Garcia was born March 18th, 1988, in Arroyo Grande, California to former model, Susan Lyle-Garcia and Engineer, Fernando Garcia. As a child, Garcia showed strong interest in the entertainment industry. When he was 5, he found himself modeling for Levi's Kids and shot his first commercial at the age of 6. After many years as a Levi's Model, he and his parents decided to take a break and continue his studies. At 11, Garcia got back into modeling and acting. By the age of 17, he shot his first international commercial for Polo Sport Aftershave that aired in exclusively in Europe. He soon joined the Dance Company at his high school while still continuing his career in acting.Upon graduation from high school, Garcia moved down to Los Angeles to follow his dreams. He has been in many films and television shows such as, Greek, The Wedding Bells and Fast and the Furious. He has studied voice, improving, and theatrical acting and now studies at California State University, Northridge where he is working toward his degree in Cinema and Television Arts.Garcia loves to surf, snowboard, swim, and spend time with his family.
