Jayson Ward Williams, originally a product of Harrisburg, PA, discovered at the age of 8, that acting was to be his lot in life. Even after being discouraged by many, he decided to set forth a course of action, to obtain this dream.After graduating from the Harrisburg Arts Magnet, he was accepted to The Carnegie Mellon School of Drama, where he received a BFA in Acting. Upon graduation, Jayson headed for New York, where he continues to have success as a working actor.His credits include guest starring and supporting roles on HBO's VEEP, White Collar, Law & Order, The Sopranos, NYPD Blue, and the TNT movie Word of Honor. He is soon to begin production on his first big screen role in the upcoming Richard Gere/Dakota Fanning picture "Franny."He has done principal work in numerous national commercials, some of which include Burger King, Subway, Lowes, Fed -Ex and KFC, along with stage work in various places.Jayson has also taught acting at the world renowned Freedom Theater of Philadelphia and at the prestigious Pennsylvania Governors School for the Arts.He has recently begun his journey into the directing realm. Directing a Music Video, a spec commercial for Doritos and The Philadelphia based talk show, "The Hype."Along with these ventures, Jayson has also just finished writing his first sitcom entitled "Paid Parking."
