Ingo was born in Karlsruhe, Germany on February 19, 1969, and grew up in a military family. After graduating from high school, Ingo joined the US Army for four years, and served with the elite 1st Ranger Battalion, 75th Ranger Rgt. He is a graduate of the US Army Airborne school, and the US Army Ranger school, both in Fort Benning, Georgia. Ingo was also a longtime resident of Austin, Texas, where he attended college and performed with the renowned Esther's Follies, the premiere comedy troupe of Texas.
