Edsel Kragg is primarily a performance artist, although does make occasional ventures into acting; his first professional work was with Cue Theatre (1975-77) and Causes Theatre Company (1977-1979). Essentially an alternative singer and comedian, he never appears in public without a disguise, usually a mask, but sometimes under theatrical make-up. He is also known to hide in the audience at his shows in order to incorporate his observations of the public into the stage performance that follows. Kragg also acts as a collaborator and video editor for Johnny Cashbox, the primary performance persona of the actor Ralph Morse. Show less «
