Athena Ashburn claims her goddess name with a courageous spirit and commitment to furthering her career through self-empowerment. In her very first venture as a producer/actress, Athena brought Academy Award and Emmy-winning actors to The Elevator (1996), a film in which she also starred. She also garnered a "Best Supporting Actress" award at the New York Independent Film & Video Festival for her work in The Theory of the Leisure Class (2001).
