Alfie also a professional singer was told everything he needed to know from his grandad Billy Dobson about music and the tricks of the trade and also become a professional entertainer in 1999 and sang around the clubs and pubs in the north east of England. but Alfie did not stop there and branched out and started to become popular around the rest of the UK and even abroad including Dubai -Spain- and Norway. His mother Sandra was a hairdresser on Sunderland road Gateshead she was one of 2 kids. Along with his younger sister Leanne they lived in Gateshead where Alfie grew up. It was at Thomas Hepburn community school Gateshead where Alfie became fascinated with acting, he found drama an outlet always wanting to take part in the school's productions it was here that he really got the acting bug. After leaving the school he worked as a driver's mate delivering furniture. Alfie has recently just finished filming on Gerard Johnson's film muscle which is due for release in July 2019. Alfie Dobson will play the character role of Jeff Michaels the head doorman/firm member in Danny Cox new TV show morelands firm which will take place in the northeast and will begin filmingSeptember 2019. Alfie will play the lead role of John Henry Sayers in in the new Sayers movie "tried and tested" which will start filming in Newcastle upon Tyne at at the end of February 2020.
