This dramatic series explores the life of Laura Gibson, a lawyer living in large cities. Shortly, Laura decided to move to the small town of Pearl Bay for a new life away from the big cities. Laura coexists away from that world as Pearl Bay is already isolated from the outside world since the closure of the Port Dickin Bridge five years ago. It seems that the inhabitants of that city will be completely strangers where Laura learns that the city lives on certain principles such as friendship and cooperation.
