It is those sacrifices the team will make 50 years into the future when a tyrannical power threatens to conquer and destroy the world. Now, everyone seems ready to sacrifice everything in order to face all the dangers that threaten the world.
If the first two episodes, packed with action, heart, and humor, heartbreaking twists and back-stabbing turns, don't grab you, then clearly ''gen:LOCK is not the show for you.
While the addition of impressive voice talent like Jordan, Fanning, Tennant, Williams, and Dillion is appealing, it doesn't do enough to enhance what is ultimately a flimsy story.
The show has a cast full of extremely likeable and interesting characters that already make it well worth watching. But it's still missing a larger story that's worth letting those characters tell.
