Todd Dupree (Cody Longo) is Kelly Driscoll (Jessica Szohr) boyfriend, however the pair break up becuase Todd lied to Kelly. When the piranhas attack the spring break partiers, Todd panics and gets into a small boat and begins to drive through the crowds of helpless people in the waters, severing limbs and even killing people. The boat slows down and eventually stops due to a girls hair becoming tangled in the boats propeller, but Todd turns the propeller back on, ripping the girls face off. Before he can start driving the boat, it is tipped over by the people trying to climb aboard. Todd falls into the water and is persumabley eaten. Show less «
