Kelly (Jessica Szohr) is dating Todd Dupree (Cody Longo), however the pair break up and she reunites with her old crush Jake (Steven R. McQueen). She is invited onto Derrick Jones (Jerry O'Connell), a porn director who is currently shooting a porno, along with Jake. While on the boat Kelly becomes drunk is sick, causing her to remain in the toilet. When the boat crashes she is trapped in the bottom of the boat as the water levels rise, allowing the piranhas to attack her. Eventually she is saved by Jake and she survives. Show less «
