Roberto is a simple-minded and lazy basset hound who is Fifi's companion and particularly drives the poodle crazy.Roberto takes life and everything else as it comes, and usually thinks positive most of the time and absolutely has no worries.Throughout the second film, Roberto seemed very unconcerned about the ups and downs he went through with his leader Fifi. He also had no problems with any of the woodland creatures and was eternally grateful for what Boog has done back there at the Pet Paradiso resort, which saved his life.In the third film, Roberto, Fifi, and the other pets (along with a new pet, a silent sheepdog named Nate) are now friends with the wilds. After seeing Doug (whom they mistook for Boog) on TV, the domestics decided to go rescue Boog, who was at the traveling Maslova Family Circus to look for real friends after his other friends were forced to ditch him on the upcoming guy's trip.He is set to reappear in the fourth and fifth films and the TV show.
