Many famous actors have played the part of the King including: Al Pacino, John Barrymore, Kenneth Branagh, Richard Burbage, F. Murray Abraham, David Garrick, Ian Holm, Ian Richardson,Edmund Kean, Anton Lesser, Ian McKellen,Laurence Olivier, Anthony Sher, Donald Wolfit, Peter Dinklage.In 2013, a skeleton found buried in what is now a parking lot in England was identified through DNA evidence as that of Richard III. The skeleton is nearly complete and confirms that Richard did indeed have curvature of the spine.
